Kaori draws her inspiration from the botanical world, paying particular attention to shapes and their geometrical repetition. Each element of nature appears to repeat itself but in fact, there is infinite diversity.
She has a profound desire to create works which capture the product of her mind and thus to be able to see them through her own eyes. As such, she looks to design pieces that are both realistic and yet dreamlike.
