INSPIRATION
Probe the invisible
Selected at first glance, certain kimonos or fragments of silk are not sacrificed on the altar of creation but instead serve to fuel my reserves of inspiration. They are carefully stored in the draws of a Japanese chest of drawers and then from time to time, I take them out to contemplate them. This draws me into a bewitching type of meditation where I sound out their harmonic frequencies and come into contact with the secret of the balance between the motifs and their colors, between the tangible and the invisible.
